• You must not use the Platform to harass, abuse, stalk, or harm other users.
• You must not collect, harvest, or store other users' personal data without consent.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform.
• Sharing contact information in an unsolicited manner is prohibited until both parties have accepted a connection.

4. Profile & Content

By submitting profile information or photos, you grant Jhunjhunu Local a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content within the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Photos uploaded must be genuine photos of the profile holder. Stock images, celebrity images, or misleading photos are not permitted.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Post false, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users.
• Share pornographic, obscene, or illegal content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform.
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or advertising.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Users reported for misuse may be banned from the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Jhunjhunu Local is a matrimony introduction platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any profile or the outcome of any match. We are not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages arising from interactions between users, whether online or offline. Users must exercise their own judgment and take appropriate precautions when meeting other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
